Refund policy
1. Returns
Due to hygiene and the nature of pre-owned clothing, returns are not accepted, except if the item is defective or significantly not as described.
2. Defective or Misdescribed Items
If you receive an item that:
• is damaged or defective,
• significantly differs from the description or photos,
you have the right to request a replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 7 calendar daysof receiving the item.
3. Return Process
• Contact our customer support via email or Shopify messages.
• Provide your order number and a description of the issue, including photos if possible.
• We will confirm the next steps for the return or replacement.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our mistake (defective or misdescribed item), we will cover the return shipping.
• In other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
