Refund policy

1. Returns

Due to hygiene and the nature of pre-owned clothing, returns are not accepted, except if the item is defective or significantly not as described.


2. Defective or Misdescribed Items

If you receive an item that:

is damaged or defective,

significantly differs from the description or photos,


you have the right to request a replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 7 calendar daysof receiving the item.


3. Return Process

Contact our customer support via email or Shopify messages.

Provide your order number and a description of the issue, including photos if possible.

We will confirm the next steps for the return or replacement.


4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake (defective or misdescribed item), we will cover the return shipping.

In other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
